Q: No Idea Whats Wrong

For the past 6 months I have been feeling pretty awful.
I have had a cold or flu each and every month each lasting about 2 weeks.
I have been constipated followed by a few days of diarreah, and simultaneous vomiting with the diarreah...Regardless what I eat.
I have been washing my hands, eating fruits and veggies and generally trying to take care of myself as much as possible. I am not overweight, nor do I have a large amount of stress in my life.
I have been to the doctor and had blood tests...Wbc and the usual suspects are all normal.
I have no idea whats wrong with me. The need to vomit while sitting on the toilet (generally once a week) is especially troublesome.
Anyone have any ideas?
