Q: Problems Losing Weight

I train twice a day upwards of five times a week.I do both cardio and weight training,my main interest is in weights.I know that muscle weighs more than fat and I expect to be heavy.I do find it very hard though to control my weight, with a good diet and the amount of training I do,could there be an underlying problem that is stopping me from shedding the fat and excess weight I have.I have lots of energy, dont tend to get run down easily and feel generally fine.I have also tried taking ephedrine this seems to help lose weight but im still struggling.

You also need to be doing cardio. I see good results with weight loss and I am only doing cardio now. I lose about two pounds a day, in only 1.5 hrs of work. Do high intensity cardio and keep lifting weights. It takes time, but you will start to see changes in your body.
