Willpower is key, darling. You can't ever permanently lose weight without proper diet and exercise. Try listening to music on the bike, or watching tv. I know it's pricey, but I download shows onto my video ipod and set it on my treadmill. Helps a lot.
Whenver you get like a craving, drink a bottle of water. If not, drink a bowl of chicken broth, it's only like 10 calories. If that doesn't work, here is what I do: I put a pan on the stove, and spray some pam on it. Then I heat it up till it's so hot i'm afraid to touch it. Then I chop up some cabbage, bok choy, or broccoli, and chop it up, and then I throw it on for like less than two minute with a bit of soy sauce. Eat it slowly, and your craving should go away. Plus, the green veggies have practically no calories, and make an excellent side dish! :p
