Can Husband's Consumption of Codeine be Affecting Me...filte
Posted: 05-04-06 10:06am

I need to know if my spouse is taking a medication containing codeine is there any chance that this could affect me? Since he has been on this medication seems at times after intercourse or a kiss I will get very dizzie and light headed just as if I were taking something. This can be very bad at times.

There is no chance that the medicine (codeine) that your husband takes can harm you. Dizziness is not caused by codeine and codeine can’t enter into your body by sexual intercourse or kissing.
