My goodness! Why do you want to do that for? Don't you think that will hurt yourself? I really think reducing your skull is not a good idea, and may cause a lot of difficulties in your life. Try to solve by using head accessories ( if that is your problem ). Don't jeopardise yourself! Enjoy what you already have.
