Yes sherry there is. Nausea is usually the result of a liver that is a bit toxic or overloaded with work on keeping the system going smoothly. It can also be a gall bladder problem. If you get a headache on the top area of the head at the same time as the nausea you can be sure it is the liver at fault. The health shops must have a herbal combination, or a homeopathic remedy to cover the liver and gallbladder, kidneys and pancreas all in one go. This would be very beneficial. Or you could go for a herbal blood purifier. Look at the colour of the whites of your eyes. They should be clear and very white. (hence the name whites of the eyes). If they are discoloured at all, yellowish or even brownish then you do need something for the liver. I don't think I am allowed to name anything in particular...Am I right or wrong...Also your temperament...A liverish person is many times a bad tempered person while the liver is in trouble, but not necessarily so.

A good herbal remedy for nausea is ginger. Drink a strong ginger tea or take ginger capsules. This works for morning sickness, indigestion, and even the first signs of the flu.
