Hey folks, just wanted to share a bit of info with you guys. My father's high blood pressure got treated naturally by doing some pranayam(set of breathing exercises). I know its unbeliveable but true. You may have a look at my blog titled natural remedy for high blood pressure to know the details. Our family doctor has even advised him to stop all bp medines and he's quite ok without them. :)

That is such great news! It is nice to know that meds are not always the answer! The best to your .Dad and you and your family! Dad's are special people, at least mine was!
