Hi,

i'm turning 21, just started at the gym a month ago. Recently, in the last 2 weeks, my hunger has increased incredibly, my bust has increased a size (very noticable) from a c to a d cup and I have put on 3 kilos, from 56 kgs to 59kgs and I am 162cm. I don't eat badly, I could each more vegetables but I don't eat any fast food. I haven't changed anything else in my lifestyle, I am on birth control pills so my hormones should be stable.

Does your body go through another change at the age of 21? I don't think I have gained 3 kgs worth of fat and I am not looking muscley but I am definitely getting bigger. Any ideas? This doesn't sound like i'm pregnant does it? I am not going through any cramps or pains in my bust I have just become well rounded.

Birth Control
Ever since i've been on birth control, (depo provera) I have gained weight. People say I haven't,but I feel I have. None of my pants fit me anymore.

That would answer my question except, i've have been on the same steady pill for 3 years, so i'm ruling out that.

As you age, your metabolism slows down, causing weight gain to steadily increase. That might be why.

Yeah I thought of that but i'm 20 and I checked and i'm not pregnant. I guess i'll just put it down to my body responding overly well to buffing up and maybe going through another body change
