Q: Anxiety Without Heart Palpitations

Can I be having anxiety with all the symptoms - chest pain, nausia, diziness etc but no heart palpitation? Sometimes I get the palpitations but like today I have aches and pains and nausia and chest pain etc but my heart rate is normal! It goes a little faster if I get a sharp pain but other then that it is normal???????
