Ok I dont know whats wrong, I went to the doctors today and got medicine for my allergies.. But right now I cant breathe.. Its very very hard to breathe right now.. I keep coughing alot and everytime I cough.. I gag and almost throw up.. And its very hot in my house right now which makes it more miserable.. Please help me.. Maybe its liquids like snot or something in the back of my throat? If so.. How could I get rid of it fast b/c if it keeps like this.. I think I will seriously quit breathing.. Help

crys please help.. Its very difficult to breathe.. I think theres stuff in the back of my throat.. And I cant cough it out b/c I start to gag and it sticks when I gag.. Like I stay gagging for like 10 secs and I cant breathe.. Someone help me please please crys
