Can someone pls list low gi veg and salad? My fave veg and salad are:

veg:
peppers (red, yellow and green)
courgette http://images.Google.Co.Uk/ima gessvnum=10&hl=en&lr=&q=courge tte
aubergine - http://images.Google.Co.Uk/im ages?Svnum=10&hl=en&lr=&q=aube rgine
butternut squash
mushrooms
spinach
green beans http://www.Blackthornarabl e.Co.Uk/photography/veg/th_s10-09%20green% 20beans.Jpg
i also use tinned tomatoes for sauces for my chicken

salad:

cucumber
tomato
celery
sweetcorn
olives
celeriac


also I dont know if im having too much veg and salad...Its very hard to work out my carb intake!

Ok, feel silly posting links of vegetables! But alot of people (americans) ask me what courgettes and aubergines are.....And us brits aint too sure what the hell zuchinni or summer or winter squash is either!

Ok, just worked out that eggplant = aubergine
and a courgette = zuchinni squash I think.


Also what is the best way to prepare veg? I either like to fry in some butter....Or roast with some olive oil drizzled on top. Is this ok?

Butter should be okay, but I see you're eating corn again. Please read through my list of foods you need to avoid.
