Q: Can Eyedirection Cause Increased Blood Pressure

I have had severe daily headaches since december.

I am having a hard time sleeping. As I try to sleep my eyes want to migrate upward toward my brow. Is this normal? It seems like this action is somehow causing blood pressure to become intense against my forehead and eyes.

Additionally, it seems very difficult for me to relax my eyes like they want to keep focusing, when I just want to doze off...

Any thoughts?
