Q: Sinus Op

Hello could anyone tell me why after an sinus op my nose is still very sore .It was done a year ago and still is sore which gives me very bad headaches down the side that is sore.They also did a septoplasy, if thats how u spell it ,sorry.Just one side of my nose is sore.They told me to dauch with salt and bicarbonate soda which I have been doing since.It seems to ease it a bit but just starts up again.Can u help me anyhow please.Thank you Sad
