Ovarian cysts can cause that and more. I was diagnosed with them at 14, after I had horrible pain from periods to the point that I couldn't even get out of bed. I bled so badly and had clots that looked as if I were having some sort of horrible problem (and still do). It makes me look almost as if i'm in the first stages of pregnancy at times from the bloating, and standing too long makes my lower back ache like someone hit me. Most women have them, but for most they pop and it causes no problems. For others (like myself) they cause a large amount of pain.
