Q: Sinus & Chest Congestion

I'm yet again fighting another cold for the third time in 30 days. This time though, when I blow my stuffy congested nose, there is black mucus in the kleenex. Does anyone know what this may be? Or why i'm having this happen to me.?P.S i'm a non-smoker, and am experiencing chest congestion as well

Extremely eHealthy

You sound as if you're run down & need some multivitamins & minerals - personally i'd see a dr but if you choose not to, you might try alternative medicines - homeopathy etc.
