If you feel the desperate urge to quit smoking, you will definitely succeed in quitting it. Well, since i’m a research fellow in psychology and my topic being addiction, I can say that, in most of the cases of addiction to smoking, people indulged in such acts, mostly have a problem in their oral functioning and it’s mostly psychological. So, this being one of the reasons, what you can do is, try some other things to keep your mouth engaged, like chewing gum or something like that. And try to keep you mind away from these thoughts. If these things do not work, then I think you should go for some rehabilitation. Now days there are a number of rehab program centers which are really very helpful. So, you can definitely go for these.
