It aint hard to quit smoking. I was smoking heavily for 6, almost 7 years, and I had to quit in a couple days. I mean yeah, I just quit like 2 months ago, but I still did it. It was nothing special. The only reason that I quit really is because I am pregnant. But if you have somthing to look forward to or will lose by smoking, then you have no choice. I'll admit that I still want it, but I dont need it. You dont really get addicted to weed, it is all in your head. So find somthing to do, like get into sports or somthing and it will take your mind off it. The less you think about it, and the more you tell yourself that you dont need it, the more it sinks in.

Hey leaderboss, going_crazy is absolutely right. It’s really not that hard to quit smoking. It’s all in the mind. If you feel the desperate urge to quit smoking, you will definitely succeed in quitting it. Well, since i’m a research fellow in psychology and my topic being addiction, I can say that, in most of the cases of addiction to smoking, people indulged in such acts, mostly have a problem in their oral functioning and it’s mostly psychological. So, this being one of the reasons, what you can do is, try some other things to keep your mouth engaged, like chewing gum or something like that. And try to keep you mind away from these thoughts. If these things do not work, then I think you should go for some rehabilitation. Now days there are a number of rehab program centers which are really very helpful. So, you can definitely go for these.
