I am 5 weeks pregnant, close to 6, and my breasts don't really hurt at all. Is this normal?

Hey,
I think its very on some women who are pregnant and they do not recieve some of the symptoms, so I think you shouldn't worry about that. The only that that you have to worry is.. If it happen to bleed. Thats all

Each pregnancy is different. Some your breasts might ache a little, a lot , or not at all. My first pregnancy caused me tremendous aching, the second one none, and the third, very little. Good luck.
