Q: Broad Range Vitamin Question

Hello, this is my first time here. I've read a lot of the topics posted here and have learned quite a bit of useful information.

My question is: I have found 2 different multi-vitamins that seem to be from reliable sources, but I would like to hear some feedback and opinions of which one is better.

Multivit-rx - it has nearly all the herbs and minerals needed to keep a healthy immune system and mental health. The only thing i'm concerned about is the high dosage of b vitamins, and the presence of high amounts of paba. Aside from those problems, it seems like one of the most complete multi-vitamins available. Note: it says that 4 tablets is the recommended dosage, but i'll only be taking 2 tablets 4 days of the week (if I choose to use it, that is) to ensure a safer, lower dosage of the high content of some of the vitamins and herbs.

total balance range "mens plus" - the thing that caught my attention with this multi-vitamin is that it contains a wide range of nutrients pertaining to health problems in males, and many vitamins for overall health, though I noticed that it was lacking many essential vitamins and herbs that promote a healthy body for both female, and males. But it also contains high amounts of paba. I would also take smaller dosages of this vitamin, and 4 times a week. **added** I was also concerned about acne being a side effect, and as i'm 19, it wouldn't take much to trigger it. **added**

finally, i'm wondering about the duration of time needed for both of the multi-vitamins to completely dissolve. I can't remember which one said this, but it stated that it had a coating on it that ensures it will dissolve 100%, but imo it could just be a gimmick. So if anybody has tried either, or can give me information about them would be really appreciated. Also, if either producer of the vitamins seem sketchy, please let me know.

**added**after using some multi-vitamins for a few days acne will show up, but only on my face. I usually have little to no acne, so it seems a bit strange. Is it because of detoxifiers purging bacteria or whatnot from my body though the pores in my skin? Or is it an allergic reaction? Or maybe a little of both? :)**added**

thanks! (and i'm sorry if either multi-vitamin has been already discussed)

woah, it's strange how the spellcheck makes some uppercase letters lowercase...Oh well. **added**i guess just submitting a post will do it too :). Hah.**added**

and I forgot to mention that i'm taking vitalert at the moment, but I was looking for a more complete multi-vitamin, hence my question.
