I have this one too for 3 months already and went on to vacation. We stayed there for 8 days and it was gone when I did the dishwashing at my wife's ancestral home. However, when we returned home, it came back again. I live in the Philippines and we have internet cafes at home. I do the cleaning of the PC units and mop the floor at night. I have a strange feeling that I got this on mopping.

They look like small bubbles that are so itchy. They only grow on knuckles and fingers and recur everytime. I tried bioderm soaps but they only keep coming back. I have yet to visit a doctor though.
