Can I get aids from an earring purchased at a department store if it is not cleaned. What is the best way to clead a new set of earrings?

I don't think you could get aids from that but you never know I guess...The best way I was taught to clean earings is to soak them for a couple minutes in rubbing alcohol.

You can't get hiv from ear rings.
