A friend of mine was hit in the neck (just below the jaw) with a pellet from a pellet gun. At first, there was a small lump about the size of a pea that was hard. Now, a few weeks later, fluid has developed around the lump (which you can still feel) and it appears to be about the size of half of a golf ball. He has been applying ice, but it is getting bigger, not smaller. Any suggetions?
