Same Symptoms For the Past Month

Hi, im only 16 and for the past month or so, ive been g the same symptoms that have steadily grown worse. I have on and off pain that grows worse during the night...Wrist pain, finger pain, knee pain, ankle pain, thigh pain, shoulder blade pain, and sometimes hip pain. I dont know whats wrong, I had blood test to check for infection and I have nothing. But they havent xrayed any of these parts. Is it a good idea to have them xrayd> are any of these symptoms related to bone cancer!! Im in so much pain!!
