For the last few days I have had a tingling and warmness in the bottom of my foot. My feet for the last few years have almost always been cold. I have had trouble keeping them warm. Now this is happening and I dont know why. It doesn't hurt and I have no pain anywhere, it is kind of irritating and I don't know what is causing it.
