Q: Noises In Ears (tinnitus?)

I have something like ringing in my ears. I really cant explain it. If I turn my head to the left or right it will make like a weird nosie like winds blowing in my ear or somein. I've been having kind of weird head feelings lately to. Could this be tinnitus?

Sounds like it, I have it too, when I turn my head either direction I can hear a high pitched whine.
