Chlorine Burn

I was cleaning my vinyl siding by hand with a mixture of soap, detergent, water and chlorine bleach...Probably added 2-3 cups of bleach in a gallon of water.

I used a household scrub/sponge pad to clean the vinyl. I must have abraided the back side of my knuckles on my right hand. Exposure to the solution was 1 hour or more. I now have my knuckles wrapped with gauze and bandages...While wrapped and dry, they feel fine. When exposed to air they are very painful.

Should I be treating this in a diffrent way?
