Lashantae (luh-shawn-tay), janeece (juh-knee-s), charnetta (shar-net-uh), kahari (kuh-har-ee), chrishawn, pandanisha (panda-knee-shuh)

i went to a mostly "african american" school up until 2nd grade. So there were some weird names there.

My cousin's name is oshawa (we call her oshie), her sister (no relation to me) is named silver dollar.

My mom is an elementary-school teacher and has had:

the growing-in-popularity twins, lemonjello and orangejello (la-mon-jeh-lo and ah-ron-jeh-lo)
sir
shithead (shi-thed)
female (fem-all-ee)

that's all I can think of right now.
