Q: Urine Smelling Ammonia

I have had gout for 15 years, I take allopuronol and sodium bicarb daily.
Lately my urine is becoming more ammonia scented.
What is causing this? I exercise often, eat well and am overall quite healthy. My last uric stone was over 15 years ago. 8)
