Q: Do I Possibly Have Breast Cancer?

I had a mammogram two weeks ago. My doctor says I have grit, calcium build up some scattered but a cluster in the middle of my right breast. I have another mammogram and ultra sound to be done on monday. My doctor is saying wait and see. We can jump over that bridge when we get there. Does this mean I possibly have the start of breast cancer or what?
