Hi

well summer is coming and my hayfever is already starting to kick in.

Was reading about steroid nose sprays and apparently they are realy good?

My eye drops usualy do the trick but im sure ive taken every tablet/nasal spay (non steroid) with little or no effect, often retreating to the shower where the steam seems to relieve my symptoms

does anyone have any experience with these steroid nose sprays ? Any good ? Is it worth pestering my gp for some ?

Or any other helpfull advice on beating hayfever ?
