Q: Is Baking Soda Better Than Apple Cider Vinegar?

I have been using baking soda for 6 plus months and have seen great improvement in my gout. Tophi are even shrinking. However I did rsearch here and elsewhere and apple cider vinegar apparently helps as well.

If I am to choose, which do I want? Obviously, taking both at the same time will create a lot of gas.

Any opinions/help? I am trying acv for a week, not bs.

Why Switch?
Is there something that bothers you with taking the bs?

If not, then why switch. I would think that bs is easier to swallow than vinager.

Just a thought. Good luck.

I hate the flavor of bs. I can't slug it fast enough. Also, bs does raise blood pressure. I have tried acv for about 3 consecutive days and it does make the blood alkaline. The ph is not as alkaline as bs. Flavor wise acv is also lousy. I have been doing some research into other benefits of acv. I'll report back.
