Q: Varix And Psudocyst

I just want to get another opinion. I went to one doctor who told me I had just a varix and swelling. Then another who said a varix on one side and a smal nodule on the other. Then another who said I had a varix on one side and a psudocyst on the other. None recomended surgery, but vocal rest and speach/ singing thearapy as i'm a profesional singer. Anyone know of people recovering from these issues without surgery with vocal rest combined with therapy for 2 months? Please give me your thoughts... I can email fold pics.
