Q: Tongue Cleaning

Hi,

i have been trying tongue cleaners because my tongue has that sourt of greyish buildup stuff. One of those tongue scrapers. And im not sure how long it should take for it to go (the buildup). I mean, I scrape my tongue alot and its still there. Im not sure if anyone can really help. Any help would be appreciated.

I take a little amount of plax (the red color one) into the cap and douse it on my brush and clean my tongue with that. After a couple of days of regular use, my tongue has gotten clean.

If anyone has other better experience please post it.

Plax is an anti-plaque liquid sold in a bottle. You rinse with it before brushing to remove more plaque than with brushing alone....
