I have had a faint, beltlike rash appear twice on my stomach. It does not itch or bother me other than the way it looks. I do not use any lotions or products on my waist and I can't imagine why it would be so symetric. It is darkest on my stomach and extends all the way around my waist and stops a few inches from my spine. There are no blisters or anything that would erupt. It looks more like heat rash in its texture but it does not happen when it is hot! The rash only lasts an hour or 2.
