I am 22 years old and have a problems with erections. I can get them once in a while and once a month have a morning erection. I used to drink alot and had similar problems probably cause of drinking but quit over a 1/2 years ago. I can get more erections on percocet but if I do too much I cant get any. I dont want to take percs or any ed medicine and I have no idea whats wrong with me. I knows its not in my head and tried viagra and I hated the side effects and didnt get me hard anyway. Is there anythihng I could do I went to specialists, and they ran no tests gave me viagra and said it is in my head. Anyone have any ideas or sugestions?G

I would go back and say screw u I want some test ran. 22 no need for viagra. I would find a doctor who will do some test and see if its something physically wrong or if its just in your head

Hello -

i had the same problems as you when I was 22. I am now 29.

Like you, the doctors said it was all in my head etc etc. But that would not stop me from getting further tests.

Heres all the test ive had done.

1st - they did a scan to measure blood flow into the penis. To do this they injected something to give me an erect penis (after 2 attempts ouch). Then kind of used an ultra sound thing.

The urologists said I had leaks in my penis. One option was to "sew" or block these leaks so blood would not flow out. I opted out of this option.

2nd test - I stayed in a special clinic over night for 3 nights. The technician put a measure device around the penis to measure blood flow when I was sleeping. The results proved that not enough blood was going to the tip of my penis. Again the doctor said relax relax. . By this time I was totally fed up. Ive used viagra but, really dont like the bad vision and stuffy nose effects I get.

Now, a few years on, I havent had any tests. . But am looking for an alternative pill to viagra.

Another cause could be performance anxiety. ED pumps are useful for anyone struggling to get an erection.

VitalityMedical.com has an impotence section with information regarding how to use a pump and several inexpensive

pumps you can order.

Thanks

Joey
