I'm kay - 38 - from the uk.

Living with my partner, whose is very supprotive of everything I do - I have an 11 year old son also.

I have spent most of my adult life struggling with depression and anxiety, but have - at last - been off meds for over 3 years now (not a pleasant experience) and worked hard to manage my depression through other methods since then.

I'd like to make contact with anyone, really :)

just hoping that I might be able to pass on some experience and advice, and a glimmer of hope to others.
