What's happening to me when I feel more and more pressure down there? I am effaced but not dialated is that possible? I feel it every couple days more pressure like the baby is moving farther down... I had this before I found out my cervix was thinening out...And my doctor said it could be the process of effacing taking place...I was uncomfortable sitting down at the time...??? Any ideas?

Mine got like that, exactly like that. I feel weird being able to relate to so many people. I felt like if I sat down that I was gonna hurt sean. I was hurting like when I bent when I sat, I got that around the last couple weeks of my pregnancy, after I was done thining. I know how much pain you are going through, I know it bothers you but a walk helps, a bath, hmm what else did I do..Ohh yeah if youhavent begun already pillows between the legs and things of that nature.. I am wishing you luck because I know what you are going through.. I am here if you need me.

May you be happy, may you be loved, may you be blessed by the stars above!!

Walk, walk, walk!! Thats what made me go into labor faster, about 3 days after christina dropped I went into labor, if your still in school, ask your teacher if you can walk around the room every half hour or so, to stretch your legs and dilate faster! Good luck!
