I have experienced nervous rashes in conjunction with acne and scalp psoriasis and find that having begun a course of colon cleansing using oxy-powder, cutting out caffeine, milk and drinking more water all these conditions have subsided. My skin feels safe from breaking out for the first time.
Could these skin probs be linked as it would be great to find a solution to the rashes as no-one seems to have any help to offer on this one.

I think it's entirely possible. I've read a lot about detoxing, and it's true that your skin will show what's going on in your body! I noticed that my arms broke out in a rash when my diet was terrible for a while. I think what goes on inside our bodies affects our skin just as much as what kinds of products we use.
