Q: Cystic Fibrosis

While I dont believe this to be true....Can anyone give me any insite.

Today one of the employess in my obgyn's office told me that cystic fibrosis leads to muscular distrophy and cerebral palsey.

Ive researched it online and find no connections and unfortunetly the doctor wasnt in the office to tell me whether this was true or not.

Hahaha I haven't heard that one before. While I am no expert, I seriously doubt it. There is a common disease that can develop...Cystic fibrosis related diabetes. Its basically related to a decline in pancreatic function. The pancrease is unable to supply the bodies insulin requirements.
