Hello there,
first of all, I am totally new here so sorry in advance if that type of question has been asked before...
I have started going to gym a few weeks ago and I already feel exhausted...
1. I go everyday ( but I mainly run and cycle; do weight lifting 3 - 4 times a week only)
2. I am vegetarian ( so that might be the main case, dunno)
the thing is that I wanna carry on being a vegetarian and going to gym...Is it possible? If so, how? I want to restore my well being
