I took zantrax3 for 3months drink water ate less and worked out 3 times a week and I didnt lose anything. I have started taking phentermne and it works really really well I got it online its expensive but its worth the money I have been taking it for 3 weeks and I have already lost weight and I havent started excersing yet. It curbs your appetite and gives you tons of energy. The only 2 things bad about it is its 100.00 but thats a 3 month supply and it makes your mouth really dry. I keep a bottle of water with me all the time.
