I am 17 years old and play at an elite
level of tennis. Two years ago I trained
extremely hard all year to help get me in
great shape. Well I went overboard and
lost up to 30 pounds. When I realized
what mess I had gotten into, I gained the
weight back. Right now, I am 5"10 and
133 lbs. About two years ago I lost my
period because of the weight loss, but I
still have not gotten it back even at a
healthy weight. I also am aware of the
female triad and the risks. I am still
trying to gain weight because hopefully
thats the only reason I don't have my
period. Do you think gaining more weight
is the solution?
