Hi! I am currently having non-melanoma skin cancer stage 2.

I just had my mri result showing that there is something in the bone at the neck next to the spinal. I do have a slight pain in that area.

X-ray, blood test and bone scan is done. According to the bone scan there is a hot spot in that area. I am suspected to have bone metastasis and my cancer has advanced to stage 4. Open biopsy is not possible.

I tried searching on the net for more information. But there isn't. Is it really possible for non-melanoma skin cancer stage 2 to get bone metastisis? If it isn't what could be it?

Does anyone know anything about this?
