|hi. I've stimulated myself since I was 12/13 and now i'm almost 20. I havent had a specific patter though it was many times a day in the earlier years. Then I would stop for awhile and go back to it. As of a year or so now i've been trying to quit but have had little success. It's affecting my life and with the college work i'm finding this extremely difficult. I can't focus on my work, I cant remember things, and the easiest of tasks have become extremely hard.
