I have severe anxiety im talkin severe!!! And I cant seme to stop gagging all the time its crazy it scares the caca out of me cause I cant eat sleep or anything it is giving me extream anxiety its like everytime I breath through my nose I feel I have to gagg I dont know why im 22 and I dont need all these problems right now in my life can anybody tell me what this is and what to do to stop it ??? Thanx
