Ok so my friend was telling us all she was pregnant [we all know/knew it wasnt true] but she brought up the fact that her stomach was "rock hard" and it was supposedly the first month.. But like when the stomachs get big.. Are they actually 'hard'.. And if they are how early in pregnancy do the get 'hard.. Lol just a question

Not in the first month. Mine didn't get hard until I actually started to show a little. And even then it wasn't "rock hard"...

I'm 23 weeks, and my tummy is hard at the top (not like a rock, but pretty solid). It's not very hard at the bottom, though. However, I am not petite at all.

Mine still isnt " hard " unless I am having braxton hicks or baby has his back or some body part pushed up against my tummy.

Right now ( and i'm like 3-4 weeks from due date) it is the same for me hard, but not rock hard unless the baby is pressed against some part of it or i'm having braxton hicks.

My belly isn't rock hard and hasn't been since I got preggers. I did have a nice tummy with no flab or anything but now it's like poochyer than it was before I was preggers. It was closer to being rock hard before I got preggers. Is that understandable?

Perfectly, gen. It's the same way a guy can have "washboard abs". His tummy is hard but that doesn't make him pregnant...
