Me again.... With my never ending problems.

So about a month ago a started on the pill, diane-35. I went on it to clear my skin up. Before I started taking the pill I had missed a period and was supposed to be coming up to another one, I thought. I got impatient and wanted my skin to clear up asap and figured because I wasnt using it for contraception, that I could start taking it whenever.
So I took the pill for a whole month and finished taking it when the packet stopped as it made my skin a lot worse. So by now its been about 3 months since I have had a period.
Before I started the pill, I took a pregnancy test due to my late period, which turned out.
Yesterday, about a week after I stopped taking active pills, I had spotting. It was very light. I only had slight cramps for most of the day.

This morning I woke up in excrutiating pain and could hardly move. All of my lower stomach and back was so cramped and just very painful. I also found it painful to walk. I got up and took nurofen plus which made the pain go away completely. So I thought it was just a heavy period after missing a few. After I had a shower, I was just standing there and I felt something being pushed out of my vagina!!!!....
And then this big clump of tissue fell onto the floor. It was quite big and clumpy. It was all one big connected thing of tissue. It ranged from a dark dark red, to a white colour... To purple. I have no idea what this is!!!
Did I have a miscarriage or was this just built up membrane or something?

Please help

Hmmmmmm sounds to big to be a fetus from the timescale you describe.

At 8 weeks of pregnancy the fetus is about 3cm long.

The pill doesn't cause miscarriage.
1-2% of all womens using the pill correctly will become pregnant anyway.
The does of hormones in the pill is not high enough to cause a miscarriage, they need to be taken in a much higher dose to be used as a morning after pill.

Well if I was pregnant.... I would have been 8 weeks along.

So since then I have just been having very heavy bleeding. No pain.

This tissue or membrane, whatever it was, was more then 3 cm in diameter if you flattened it out.... Soi dont know what that means, it wasnt too much bigger

Well, I don't know if you were pregnant or not, but I do have this question. In your other thread you said that you've never been to a gyno so no doctor has seen your vagina. If you're on the pill, you're given a pap test and a pregnancy test. So which is it? Have you seen a gyno or haven't you?

I didnt go to a gyno, I just went to an everyday doctor. I was expected him to do an internal check and all.... But he never did, he just gave me a prescription. I told him I was sexually active, and he still didnt do a check, which I thought was weird.

A lot of doctors these days give out prescriptions with taking precautions and doing necessary tests, and I dont agree with that.... But thats not really the problem here.
