Im a very active 23yo who does a lot of physical activities and have noticed a few bumps near my lower abdomen. I'm just curious if I possibly have a small hernia or have possiblly just torn something. The bumps are no bigger than a pea and are not totally round. Im just kinda curious and kinda concerned. If anyone might know what these are or has any advice besides visit a doctor please let me know.
