Q: Changing Symptoms

Hi,

does anyone have changing symptoms as they recover? I've been on my diet for about 3 months and i'm feeling much better in many ways. My heart papitations have almost completely stopped but now I have that head pressure occasionally which is new this time. When I had hypoglycemia 10 years ago I had the pressure but also dizziness and difficulty taking a deep breath sometimes. It's so strange how symptoms keep shifting, old ones lessening, new ones starting.

Any input would be appreciated.

It's natural. I've noticed though that I seem to be going full circle. Symptoms I typically got before I really got sick (such as sleepyness) have come back while the worse ones are gone. It's almost like my body reversed and is going back through all the symptoms or something.

I'm glad to hear people starting to feel better, and as a matter of fact, I , myself too have been feeling great! I have been on my current diet for three months, and I think the efforts have started paying off finally.

I'm truly grateful for all the advice and encouragement i've got on this forum. There were times when I felt totally down and depressed thinking i'm not going anywhere, but it is true that if you stick to the right kind of diet, you will get better.

Thank you, stan for all your help, and I hope for the best for everyone!

As for new symptoms, I have headaches once in a while, which is new to me, but it could be due to the bad tmj pains I have had for quite some time.

I suspect there might be some connection btw. Tmj pains and hypoglycemia.
