Q: Muscle Contracts During Movement?

I've had this problem for the past 3 - 4 years where I can not push out my stool. It's as if my rectal muscles contract instead of expand and does not allow movement. My stools are never hard and general laxatives or enemas do not work either. I've been to a couple of doctors and have been givin laxatives and recently zelnorm - which only gives me diarreah. I feel like whatver the nerve signals are that allow expansion of my rectal muscles have gotten reversed and contract instead....

I don't know....Any thoughts? :?:
