About 4 months ago I started having blood with bowel movement aroung the time of my period. Every month it seems to start earlier before my period and last longer after. Now I bleed every time I have a bowel movement and there is a lot of blood. Sometimes no stool, just blood.
I have seen a doctor about this. I did a stool sample which came back negative. He then checked and said I had hemrroids, so prescribed some suppositories. The bleeding got better for a few days, then came back worse than ever.
Is it normal for hemroids to bleed so much? Or could something else be causing the bleeding?
